FrontEnders,
Healthcare consulting services established in the year 2011, with the concept
of supporting the healthcare institutions and medical professionals who require
professional assistance and awareness in various healthcare functions staring
from infrastructure, branding, medical manpower placement, financial plan,
medical program, equipment planning, process and policies, hospital information
system and overall drive to achieve the financial targets. We were able to see so many good single and
multi speciality healthcare institutions finding it difficult to manage their
day to day operations, not able to introduce new medical programs, manage their
employees and create their own brand identity.
The journey
started with positive efforts at Jaffna, Sri Lanka in the year 2011, where
FrontEnders started working from the infrastructure design, brand building to
funding arrangements for the client. After successful establishment in Sri
Lanka, FrontEnders moved on to sign with few other secondary care hospital
projects in Tirunelveli, Pondicherry, Vellore, Thanjavur and Chennai at regular
periods which all turned out to be successful for the hospitals due to the
results that were achieved and were also recommended to other clients with full
satisfaction.
Year 2012 took the company to East African
market (especially Kenya) to support the existing hospital which was
established around 6 years ago with 100 bed super speciality facility. They had
a long list of requirement to be accomplished by FrontEnders; we took that
challenge as it was a new market. The
concept of Indian Hospital Administration model was introduced to the client in
Kenya in the same year by placement of full time Hospital Operation Head,
Indian Hospital Information System (HIS), Fully equipped ambulance from India
and few other Indian healthcare personnel to increase and stabilize the
business. For the past 3 years the
resources and services provided have made a difference in the system and have
made the hospital run efficiently.
End of the same
year 2012, FrontEnders was recommended to another major project in Kenya,
because of the success that was created.
FrontEnders was taken on to study and assist on a “National Health
Intervention Plan” for a major public enterprise that has more than 100 years
of experience in supporting the peace and advocacy for the public of
Kenya. Within span of few months of
FrontEnders establishment, the healthcare consultancy vertical gained good
number of International business and delivered good quality work in Domestic
business as well.
FrontEnders has exclusive
partnership arrangement with hospitals architects, creative agencies, medical
equipment vendors, hospital information system, manpower placement agencies and
doctors. As a team we are able to deliver
better results to our clients either in India or International. Healthcare
consulting services (FrontEnders) acts as a major bone in their group business
which has medical tourism and geriatric home care services based in Chennai as
other business verticals.
